Transitioning to a new role can be as much a shift in identity as in responsibility. We support leaders in adjusting their mindset and leadership style, balancing the pressure to deliver quick wins, while integrating with the culture and inspiring teams.

Transition coaching is an opportunity to gain a holistic view and lead from a place of grounded conviction: a roadmap that encompasses the whole ecosystem, enabling the new leader to understand complex stakeholder networks, focus activity, and influence effectively from day one.

It’s a transformative process requiring a dual alignment: the leader adapting to the organisation, and the organisation evolving to the leader’s style. The real challenge lies in orchestrating this synergy; this is where we excel.

HOW DOES TRANSITION COACHING WORK?
BEFORE DAY ONE

Together, we make a flexible plan that takes into account the leader’s availability prior to start date, and includes 12 one-hour sessions spanning 9-12 months. Sessions may begin up to 2 months before the start date in the new role.

BUILDING THE ROADMAP

Ahead of the first day, we prepare the ground — helping the leader read the environment and set a clear roadmap for the year, with focus on culture, strategy, people and the wider organisation.

NAVIGATING THE FIRST MONTHS

In those first crucial months, we stay close as a sparring partner and trusted guide. Together, we refine the roadmap, shape their approach, navigate challenges. We help them settle into the new organisation with confidence, staying focused, balanced, and avoiding overwhelm.
